Infinity Communications & Compliance is pleased to announce the future changes to its corporate leadership as of January 1, 2022. Mr. Fred Brakeman, Chief Executive Officer, will be semi-retiring and begin the role of Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) working on special projects. Mr. Martin Skiby, Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be moving to the role of CEO. Mr. Christian Baker, General Manager, will be moving to the role of COO.
Mr. Brakeman started Infinity Communications & Compliance Inc. in 2003 with the simple but direct purpose of providing the best possible service to customers. His over forty years of work within the technology sector has been the basis for Infinity’s start and growth. In 2017 Mr. Brakeman made the decision of turning the company over to the company employees as part of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Mr. Martin Skiby has worked for infinity for over 9 years. He has been a part of the telecommunications and technology communities for over 30 years. He has overseen the company’s operations and expansion over the past half decade.
Mr. Christian Baker has worked previously in K-12 schools for over 20 years before coming to Infinity. He has been with Infinity for almost four years and has served as the Client Support Manager and is currently serving as the General Manager.
Through its growth and expansion Infinity now serves clients in 27 states and U.S. Territories. January 1, 2022 will culminate a five year transition plan for Infinity’s leadership.
